MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS
Astro Daphne reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. To ensure you are aware of any changes of these terms, please check the website regularly for any changes. By using our website you are agreeing and acceptance of these terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that ASTRO DAPHNE is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website www.astrodaphne.com , whether from errors or from omissions in our documents or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
COMPETITION AND CONSUMER ACT
For the purposes of Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law, in particular Sections 51 to 53, 64 and 64A of Part 3-2, Division 1, Subdivision A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Astro Daphne liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the goods or services to you again; the replacement of the goods; or the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied to you again.
The flowers in the photos are to give you a vibe of the design only. The colour, style and blooms in your bunch will vary each day. Photos are used for colour and style reference only. All flowers are subject to availability and the weather and season. Each bunch will always be beautiful and be made from the freshest finds from the market.
Astro Daphne will endeavour to fulfil all orders in compliance with product descriptions, however, flower orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability. Astro Daphne reserves the right to substitute flower varieties when necessary, We have the right to making substitutions when necessary to maintain quality of the flowers. We will substitute with flowers that have a similar look and colour to maintain the overall vibe of the design.
We will always take utmost care to ensure the final product is similar in quality to the requested item. Substitutions and alterations to the style of a product will be of equal quality and value.
PRICE AND PAYMENTS
You agree to pay for all products and services you order. Prices given on product pages exclude delivery (see below under delivery for more detail). The price of products and services we offer may change without notice from time to time, but we will never change the price of anything you have already ordered and paid for. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We accept payment by credit card.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Astro Daphne reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Astro Daphne shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
We currently cannot take orders for Sundays or public holidays.
Orders for same day delivery are not available at this time.
Orders must be placed before 7pm the day before for next day delivery. All orders will be delivered to between 9am and 5pm on the nominated date.
Please contact by email if you are needing your order by a specific time and we will do our best to accommodate. (Please note: extra fees apply)
If there isn’t anybody home when your delivery arrives, we will leave your flowers in a safe location if possible. Our florists always wet-wrap your flowers so they can last for up to 4 hours without water. However, if there is a risk of theft or any other conditions that aren't safe for the flowers we will not leave your order. This might occur if you or the recipient happen to be located in an apartment complex or if weather conditions are extremely hot or rainy.
If your flowers cannot be delivered, they will be returned to our studio and the sender will be contacted to arrange a time for re-delivery.
Re-delivery fees will apply and start at $25. Astro Daphne is not responsible for goods that are not received due to no one accepting at the point of delivery.
Your delivery cost will vary based on your location. We personally hand deliver all orders directly to the recipient and prices begin at $8.
Should you need to cancel your order, the full amount will be refunded, ONLY IF notice is received by Astro Daphne a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of delivery will be charged 50% of the total order value (excluding delivery fees). We are unable to cancel orders that have already been created and are in the process of being delivered.
All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, which are owned and controlled by Astro Daphne its related companies or by other parties that have licensed their material to Astro Daphne.
Material on www.astrodaphne.com or any website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Astro Daphne is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Such material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, including by email or other electronic means, without the express prior written consent of Astro Daphne.
Use of the materials on any other website or networked computer environment, or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of Astro Daphne’s copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights, and is prohibited.

COMPLAINTS & REFUNDS
Any complaints must be made within 12 HOURS of delivery so that we are able to ensure the best possible solution to the problem. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting photos of the flowers and we will get back to you promptly and work on resolving the issue.
