DELIVERY

DO YOU DELIVER?

YES! We deliver around Metro Melbourne within 20kms of our Sandringham studio.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? 

Please see our "Delivery Info" page to check if your suburb is within our delivery radius. If not, please email us at astroflowerdesigns@gmail.com and we will see if we can make it happen! Extra delivery fees may apply.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We don't currently have live tracking but you will receive a notification once your order is confirmed, and once  your order is on it's way and has been completed.

​

WHAT TIME WILL THE FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?

Usually deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between 9am and 5pm

If you would like your flowers delivered at a specific time, please email us at astroflowerdesigns@gmail.com at least 24hours before delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate. Extra fees will apply.

 

WHAT IF NO ONE'S HOME TO ACCEPT THE FLOWER DELIVERY?

Please try to make sure the recipient will be home or at work the day of chosen delivery.

We will make the effort to find a safe suitable place for the flowers at the front door, if there isn't one we will contact you to arrange a time for re-delivery. Re-delivery fees will apply and start at $25.

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately not at this time. 

We offer NEXT DAY delivery on flowers ordered by 7PM the previous night.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS FOR A SUNDAY DELIVERY?

We do not offer Sunday delivery for daily flower orders. 

However if you would like a custom order or florals for an event please get in touch via the contact page.

ONLINE ORDERS

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE ADDRESS? 

Please email us ASAP at astroflowerdesigns@gmail.com with your name, order number and correct address and we will help resolve the issue.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

We understand things happen!

Yes you can!

 Please make sure you email us at least 48 hours before delivery date to process the cancelled order. 

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already been created or are on the way to be delivered.

DO YOU TAKE ON FLORALS FOR WEDDINGS AND EVENTS?

YES! 

We love flowering up weddings and events!

Please get in touch via our weddings or contact page and we can discuss all things flowers for your special day!

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN?

YES!

We love bringing your wildest flower dreams to life!

ARE THE FLOWERS SAFE TO BE AROUND PETS?

Although most of the flowers we use are safe around pets, there are a few that are not. 

To be on the safe side, we recommend keeping the flowers well out of reach of any pets. 

Lilies in particular are NOT safe for cats and dogs and we do not recommend ordering these for anyone that has a cat or dog.

HOW DO I GET THE LONGEST POSSIBLE VASE LIFE OUT OF MY FLOWERS?

Cut the stems on an angle 3cm from the bottom and change the water very 2-3 days (or top up vase arrangements)

Remove any leaves from the stems that are below the water level.

Keep out of warm spaces and direct sunlight and aircon/heaters. 

Keep in a cool space away from draughts.
